Indigenous Forests and Environment
Supporting indigenous communities to protect forests and revitalize their environment.
Protecting Nature, Protecting Our Home in Papua
We work alongside indigenous communities to map forest territories, protect ecosystems, and transform plastic waste into EcoBricks for furniture. We also plant mangroves and organize clean-ups to keep the environment thriving.

Main Activity
We help indigenous communities safeguard their ancestral forests through territorial mapping with two tribes, the Kanum and Marori, to preserve their lands. We also process plastic bottle waste into EcoBricks (plastic bricks) that are collected and transformed into chairs, tables, and more. We regularly organize waste clean-up campaigns and plant mangroves in critical areas prone to flooding around Gudang Arang, Merauke, South Papua.
